Lochlea Fallow Edition (Third Crop) is now available to purchase here.

This is the third in a new and final set of four limited editions, marking the end of Lochlea’s Seasonal trilogy. Lochlea have matured their signature Lochlea spirit in fresh 1st-fill Oloroso Sherry Butts, and the liquid is one year older than the 2023 Edition. The different cask makeup highlights the distillery’s progression as the last in the popular sherry-influenced Fallow trilogy.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Delightful baked apple and sweet medjool dates

Palate: Manuka honey and nutty fresh malted bread

Finish: Rich buttery sandalwood oils and mixed peppercorns

We are delighted to be able to offer this release, it will be going live on Wednesday 23rd October at 6pm on our shop page. Be quick to secure your bottle as release is very limited and we have a small allocation from the distillery. 8,000 bottles have been produced globally at 46% with no colouring and non-chill filtered. 

Nestled in South Ayrshire, an area that is well known for its rich agricultural heritage, is the Lochlea distillery. Lochlea is located on a working farm ,with their barley grown on site and their water sourced from an on-site borehole.

Lochlea have been producing some fantastic drams of late, and the third edition in the fallow series is a real cracker!
