KIEFER SUTHERLAND LAUNCHES RED BANK WHISKY IN THE UK
Kiefer Sutherlands, the star of TV series 24 and Designated Survivor is to launch Red Bank Whisky in the UK.
Sutherland who co-founded Red Bank Whisky with Gary Briggs, Rob Steele and Shawn Hiscott in 2022 said: “The thing that I found so fascinating about Red Bank and this journey developing the whisky is the incredible pride Canadians take in themselves and their country.
“I was born in England and I know the British people feel the same, but I grew up in Canada and one of the things that I’ve admired about Canada is its great diversity not just in its landscapes and culture, but it’s people as well.
Born on Nova Scotia’s rocky shores and hand-crafted with pure Canadian ingredients, Red Bank Whisky is an authentic expression of its coastal terroir. The whisky is bottled at 40% and was distilled by master blender Michel Marcil.
The liquid was blended by master blender Michel Marcil and sits at 40% ABV. It contains a mix of rye, corn and wheat whiskies. Tasting notes include oak spice, orchard fruit, allspice and caramel.
