The 2025 Edition of the 12 Year Old Cask Strength is a masterclass in balance and authenticity, created from a careful combination of first, second and refill Oloroso sherry casks. Matured for 12 years on the north-eastern shores of Islay, this unpeated single malt reflects the maritime climate, clear spring water, and uncompromising spirit that define Bunnahabhain.
Inspired by the tradition of tasting straight from the cask in the distillery’s coastal warehouses, this limited annual release presents Bunnahabhain in its purest form: non-chill filtered, natural colour, and bottled at its full strength of 56.4% ABV. For 2025, Master Blender Julieann Fernandez has chosen predominantly second-fill Oloroso casks, lending subtle sherry influence and layered complexity without overwhelming the distillate.

The 2024 release of Booker’s Bourbon is a powerful tribute to legacy, crafted in honour of master distiller Fred Noe’s father, Booker Noe. Aptly named the Springfield Batch, this expression celebrates Booker’s hometown of Springfield, Kentucky, and the roots of a bourbon icon.
Aged for seven years, one month, and 12 days, this uncut and unfiltered bourbon is bottled at a bold 62.2% ABV, staying true to Booker’s uncompromising character. The batch blends five whiskies of varying ages from four different aging warehouses—each contributing subtle layers of complexity.

This mid‑aged expression builds on Bowmore’s signature coastal character using a sherry‑oak maturing regime: ex‑bourbon followed by Oloroso sherry cask finishing. Expect dense layers of raisin, mixed spice, chocolate and burnt sugar, with a graceful peat smoke weaving through the rich oak sweetness. Complex, rich and characterful with excellent structure.
Bowmore 15 year old is extremely balanced and approachable. This 15‑year‐old offers a harmonious marriage of bourbon and sherry cask maturation. Bright fruit and vanilla sweetness lead into subtle, savoury smoke and a finish dusted with gentle spice and oak. A polished dram, silky in texture, and ideal for both novices and seasoned whisky lovers.
Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required. Using test items of real content and data in designs will help, but there's no guarantee that every oddity will be found and corrected. Do you want to be sure? Then a prototype or beta site with real content published from the real CMS is needed—but you’re not going that far until you go through an initial design cycle.
