70ml chilled still mineral water (soft profile preferred)

1792 Small Batch Bourbon
1792 Small Batch is a bold and characterful bourbon crafted at the Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Known for its high-rye mash bill, it offers a spicier, more robust profile compared to many traditional bourbons.
On the nose, expect a vibrant blend of sweet vanilla, caramel, and rich oak, balanced by zesty rye spice and hints of dried fruit. The palate is lively and full-bodied, opening with notes of toffee and honeyed corn, then building into layers of baking spices—cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove—alongside a touch of dark chocolate and orange peel.
