Daftmill Distillery needs little introduction. This 2009 single cask was bottled in 2020 exclusively for La Maison du Whisky. Bottled at cask strength, this fantastic sherry-cask bottling has kept all the energy from the peak of its youth.
One of just 649 bottles produced, the 2009 single cask has been in extremely high demand! Sherry cask #28 was filled on 8th July 2009 at 60.6%.
We present to you a 1998 vintage Jura! This gorgeous dram was bottled in 2020 and has been drawn from a refill sherry cask. With just 265 bottles being produced, this truly is a rare dram.
A 2009 Caol Ila from Gordon & MacPhail. This gem was matured in an ex-bourbon barrel before finishing for two years in an ex-Sassicaia wine cask. Bottled in November 2022 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series, aromas of dried figs, cured meats and cinnamon spice fill the nose, complemented by notes of redcurrant, black pepper, lemon peel, forest fruits and soft smoke throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required. It's content strategy gone awry right from the start. Forswearing the use of Lorem Ipsum wouldn't have helped, won't help now. It's like saying you're a bad designer, use less bold text, don't use italics in every other paragraph. True enough, but that's not all that it takes to get things back on track.

This is quite a problem to solve, but just doing without greeking text won't fix it. Using test items of real content and data in designs will help, but there's no guarantee that every oddity will be found and corrected. Do you want to be sure? Then a prototype or beta site with real content published from the real CMS is needed—but you’re not going that far until you go through an initial design cycle.
