Benromach Peat Smoke
A lovely small batch Benromach made with heavily peated barley. The Peat Smoke has matured in first-fill bourbon barrels at 46%, offering fragrant vanilla notes, which lead to lemon sherbet and apricot, finishing with smoky bonfire embers.
Aromas: Very rich smoke with fragrant vanilla and light citrus zest. Hints of apples develop accompanied by white chocolate.
Palate: Smooth with toasted oak, honey and sweet ripe fruit. Butterscotch and marshmallow flavours lead to a lemon sherbet all alongside sweet smoke.
Finish: Mouth-coating sweetness and bonfire embers.
Benromach 15 Year Old
Only ever matured in the highest quality first-fill sherry and bourbon barrels, this fifteen year old single malt whisky gives cracked pepper, charred oak, apples, dark chocolate and forest fruits with rich sherry notes and a touch of smoke.
With a plethora of awards to its name including ‘Best Scotch Speyside Single Malt’ at the World Whiskies Awards and ‘Whisky Of The Year’ in 2020 by The Whisky Exchange, this is a dram you will enjoy!
Aromas: Initially sweet toffee, leading to undertones of cracked black pepper and peat smoke. Rich forest fruits develop and complement dark chocolate and dried banana.
Palate: Creamy and sweet with ripe apples and an undertone of charred oak. Dark chocolate develops and leads to toasted oats and orange peel with a subtle hint of smoke.
Finish: Medium, creamy finish with lingering smoke and dried fruit.
Benromach Cara Gold Limited Edition
£45.00 inc. VATBenromach Cara Gold is a limited release made using a combination of Cara Gold malted barley and lightly peated malt. Matured in first-fill bourbon barrels, just 6,000 bottled were produced globally. This wonderful whisky offers perfumed and tropical fruit notes, leading to pepper and toasted malt with a hint of butterscotch, and a vibrant, sweet smoke finish.
Aromas: Perfumed and sweet with passionfruit, lychee and lime complemented by a hint of malted biscuit.
Palate: Smooth and sweet flavours of pineapple, apricot and subtle pepper lead to toasted malt and a hint of butterscotch.
Finish: Vibrant and fruity with sweet smoke.
Glenfarclas 25 Year Old Decanter
The first in a series of five Glenfarclas decanter releases, this 25 year old whisky is presented in a hand-crafted Glencairn crystal decanter. Just 600 bottles were produced exclusive to the UK, all bottled at 49.5%. In the glorious decanter comes the usual sherry cask character from this adored Speyside distillery.

The Distil Your World London Edition continues The Macallan’s collaboration with the Roca Brothers and this is the first in a new series which seeks to capture the essence of the world’s great cities.
London is the first edition (New York is rumoured to be the second) and is said to offer notes of orange, caramel, curry spice and Earl Grey tea (how very English!).
The whisky comes in possibly the most box we’ve come across, which features a true scale map of the city and a photographic book.
Just 2,000 were produced, making this is a true collectors piece!

Having matured in brandy casks for up to two years, this new expression is yet another product of Woodford Reserve’s continued appreciation and commitment to innovation and craftsmanship.
The nose is woody, with aromas of cinnamon, chocolate and caramel. On the palate there are delicious notes of figs, dried fruit, banana and nuts.

Hibiki Japanese Harmony Blossom 2021
£165.00 inc. VATHarmony Blossom Harmony 2021 is a blend that was finished in casks made from Sakura wood (Japanese Cherry Blossom trees). The flowering of these Cherry trees is a revered and traditional event in Japan that runs from the end of March to early May, celebrating Japanese culture: Hanami – the transient beauty of flowers.
For this expression, the blend was a marriage of single malts aged in Bourbon casks with the Chita grain being the Sakura aged whisky in the union. The label and presentation box was specially created in reverence of the modern day cherry blossoms.

Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required. - Commercial publishing platforms and content management systems ensure that you can show different text, different data using the same template.
- When it's about controlling hundreds of articles, product pages for web shops, or user profiles in social networks, all of them potentially with different sizes, formats, rules for differing elements things can break, designs agreed upon can have unintended consequences and look much different than expected.
This is quite a problem to solve, but just doing without greeking text won't fix it. Using test items of real content and data in designs will help, but there's no guarantee that every oddity will be found and corrected. Do you want to be sure?
