Trois Rivières Doublewood Ambre Rum
Trois Rivières Double Wood is a distinctive aged agricole rum from Martinique, crafted with care and complexity. This expression undergoes a unique double maturation process, first resting in American oak barrels that previously held bourbon, then finished in French oak casks. The result is a beautifully balanced rum that bridges the freshness of sugarcane with layered spice and richness from the wood.
On the nose, expect inviting aromas of vanilla, toasted coconut, and dried fruit, underscored by hints of nutmeg and oak. The palate is round and expressive, delivering flavours of caramel, spiced banana, and a touch of citrus zest, all wrapped in a soft, lingering finish with gentle tannins.
Elegant yet vibrant, Trois Rivières Double Wood is a versatile sipping rum that also lends depth and complexity to elevated cocktails. A fine showcase of the maison’s mastery of French Caribbean rum-making tradition.

Davidoff Winston Churchill The Late Hour Robusto – Single
The Late Hour Robusto is Davidoff’s boldest tribute to Winston Churchill — a cigar crafted for contemplative evenings and rich conversations. This medium to full-bodied masterpiece is wrapped in a stunning Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro leaf, aged in Scotch whisky barrels to deepen the complexity. Inside lies a blend of Nicaraguan and Dominican tobaccos, aged for up to six months in oak casks.
The result? A bold, elegant profile featuring notes of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, oak, and peppery spice, layered with a rich, smoky undertone that lingers beautifully.
Designed for the evening hours, the Robusto offers a generous 50-minute burn and is ideal for slow enjoyment with a peaty whisky or cognac. Its powerful flavour and refined construction make it a standout within the Davidoff portfolio — not just for fans of Churchill, but for anyone who seeks depth, ritual, and reward from their smoke.

Boulder Bottled In Bond Straight Bourbon
Boulder bottled in bond is a hidden gem in the bourbon world. The Bottled In Bond Act of 1897 was written to ensure the consumer was informed the contents of that bottle were of quality standards and made in compliance with industry standards. In modern times, this ensures the consumer knows three major things: It’s at least 4 years of age and all the whiskey is harvested from the same season, it is bottled at exactly 100 proof, and perhaps most importantly, the labelling states where it’s made and who bottled the
whiskey inside.
Profile: Oatmeal cookie, candied ginger, and allspice. Aged 4 years and bottled at 100 proof.

This remarkable single malt is made from indigenous six-row barley grown for hundreds of years in Rajasthan. Matured with care since 2010, Indri–Trini is also the first Indian whisky to be produced in three different wooden barrels: in ex-bourbon, ex-wine, and PX sherry casks.
Perry’s Tot Rose Petal Gin
£40.00 inc. VATThe earliest distilleries in Brooklyn date back to the 1700’s. During Prohibition there were over 50,000 illicit stills in New York City. Since Prohibition however, the ethereal perfumes of distillation have been largely absent…until now.
The New York Distilling Company builds on this dream by establishing one of the nation’s premiere craft distilleries.
A fun and fanciful variation on the original that is achieved all naturally through an infusion of red and pink rose petals and crushed elderberries – one of the core botanicals in the gin. In addition to a vibrant hue, the lively aroma and flavour of floral rose compliments existing hibiscus notes and results in a gently sweet and creamy finish.

Jin JiJi High Proof is inspired by the Royal British Navy who during Colonial times first set a high proof requirement for gin being transported to India. As space is scarce on ships, the Navy preferred alcohol at higher strength as they could get more in a smaller space. Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required. It's content strategy gone awry right from the start. Forswearing the use of Lorem Ipsum wouldn't have helped, won't help now. It's like saying you're a bad designer, use less bold text, don't use italics in every other paragraph. True enough, but that's not all that it takes to get things back on track.
The villagers are out there with a vengeance to get that Frankenstein
You made all the required mock ups for commissioned layout, got all the approvals, built a tested code base or had them built, you decided on a content management system, got a license for it or adapted:
- The toppings you may chose for that TV dinner pizza slice when you forgot to shop for foods, the paint you may slap on your face to impress the new boss is your business.
- But what about your daily bread? Design comps, layouts, wireframes—will your clients accept that you go about things the facile way?
- Authorities in our business will tell in no uncertain terms that Lorem Ipsum is that huge, huge no no to forswear forever.
- Not so fast, I'd say, there are some redeeming factors in favor of greeking text, as its use is merely the symptom of a worse problem to take into consideration.
- Websites in professional use templating systems.
- Commercial publishing platforms and content management systems ensure that you can show different text, different data using the same template.
- When it's about controlling hundreds of articles, product pages for web shops, or user profiles in social networks, all of them potentially with different sizes, formats, rules for differing elements things can break, designs agreed upon can have unintended consequences and look much different than expected.
This is quite a problem to solve, but just doing without greeking text won't fix it. Using test items of real content and data in designs will help, but there's no guarantee that every oddity will be found and corrected. Do you want to be sure? Then a prototype or beta site with real content published from the real CMS is needed—but you’re not going that far until you go through an initial design cycle.
