Hibiki Japanese Harmony is an elegant blended whisky from the House of Suntory, representing the harmony that exists between nature and people. A delicate composition of malt and grain whiskies from Suntory’s Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries, it is a tribute to the art of Japanese blending.
With a luminous amber hue, Hibiki Japanese Harmony offers a refined and balanced profile. Expect floral notes, honey-like sweetness, hints of orange peel, and light oak. The palate is subtle yet complex, finishing with a lingering touch of Mizunara (Japanese oak) spice. It is the perfect introduction to the Hibiki range, revered for its depth, harmony, and elegance.
Recommended Serve by Whisky Brokers Associates:

Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old Cask Strength 2025 Edition
Some single malts shout. Bunnahabhain never has to. The 2025 Edition of the 12 Year Old Cask Strength is a masterclass in balance and authenticity, created from a careful combination of first, second and refill Oloroso sherry casks. Matured for 12 years on the north-eastern shores of Islay, this unpeated single malt reflects the maritime climate, clear spring water, and uncompromising spirit that define Bunnahabhain.

2022 Meursault `Les Narvaux`, David Moret, Burgundy, France
David Moret’s 2022 vintage in the Côte de Beaune was characterised by abundance and excellence. The growing season began with a cold, wet winter, which resulted in a slower start to the growing season and delayed budburst, saving the vines from the worst of the spring frosts. The winter rains also replenished soil water reserves and sustained the vines through four heatwaves during the summer. Harvest was earlier than usual, but the quality of the fruit harvested was excellent, with vibrant aromatics and balancing acidity.
David Moret is a micro-négociant making wines in his small cellar in Beaune. Despite first studying oenology, he went on to sell winemaking supplies before finally deciding to make wines himself. With no family-owned vines, David bought grapes and purchased his first barrels in the late 1980s, starting his own, eponymous label in 2000. Since then, he has continued to buy small parcels of grapes from top growers and ferments using indigenous yeasts. His wines are bottled without fining or filtration, after being naturally settled while ageing in oak. David uses 20% new oak for his Villages wines and up to 40% new oak for his Premier and Grand Crus.

Ryelaw Whisky
RyeLaw is the only whisky in the world made using malted rye and distilled in a Lomond Hill still.
A Lomond Hill still is a copper pot still with six copper bubble cap plates inside its neck. By using this unique type of still, the exact optimum flavour level and strength can be achieved without fluctuations – for RyeLaw this is exactly 72%. This technique is called ‘precision distilling’, where the peak of the flavour is pinpointed and collected for maturation.

Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required. It's content strategy gone awry right from the start. Forswearing the use of Lorem Ipsum wouldn't have helped, won't help now. It's like saying you're a bad designer, use less bold text, don't use italics in every other paragraph. True enough, but that's not all that it takes to get things back on track.
The villagers are out there with a vengeance to get that Frankenstein
You made all the required mock ups for commissioned layout, got all the approvals, built a tested code base or had them built, you decided on a content management system, got a license for it or adapted:
- The toppings you may chose for that TV dinner pizza slice when you forgot to shop for foods, the paint you may slap on your face to impress the new boss is your business.
- But what about your daily bread? Design comps, layouts, wireframes—will your clients accept that you go about things the facile way?
- Authorities in our business will tell in no uncertain terms that Lorem Ipsum is that huge, huge no no to forswear forever.
- Not so fast, I'd say, there are some redeeming factors in favor of greeking text, as its use is merely the symptom of a worse problem to take into consideration.
- Websites in professional use templating systems.
- Commercial publishing platforms and content management systems ensure that you can show different text, different data using the same template.
- When it's about controlling hundreds of articles, product pages for web shops, or user profiles in social networks, all of them potentially with different sizes, formats, rules for differing elements things can break, designs agreed upon can have unintended consequences and look much different than expected.
This is quite a problem to solve, but just doing without greeking text won't fix it. Using test items of real content and data in designs will help, but there's no guarantee that every oddity will be found and corrected. Do you want to be sure? Then a prototype or beta site with real content published from the real CMS is needed—but you’re not going that far until you go through an initial design cycle.
