Ardbeg 10 Year Old

Glengoyne 12 Year Old
Lemon zest, toffee apples – and a scent of coconut. Hand-selected sherry casks help create this paradise of flavours and rich, golden colour. It’s the taste of Scotland’s slowest distillation, and our insistence on barley dried by air – never peat.
This cracking dram scored gold at the 2022 International Wine & Spirits Competition.

Busker Small Batch Pot (Limited Release)

Expertly selected at the discretion of the Master Blender and proudly produced in a limited number at Royal Oak Distillery.
Aromatic complexity with leathery tobacco notes, soft lingering spice, and sumptuous autumnal fruits – figs, sultanas, prunes, damsons, bound together with exquisite caramelized balsamic tones. Resinous notes of distinguished oak and fragrant sandalwood create an elegant, smooth finish.
Maker’s Mark 46 French Oak Bourbon
Maker’s Mark 46 is the recipe of Bill Samuels Jr., son of founders Bill and Margie, and the first new major expression since classic Maker’s was released in 1958. Maker’s 46 is aged longer with special seared French oak staves. With subtly layered bourbon notes and balanced complexity.
Tasting Notes by Whisky Brokers Associates
An elevated take on the classic Maker’s Mark, this bourbon is finished with French oak staves, adding depth and complexity while retaining the signature smoothness of the original.
Nose: Rich and inviting with caramelised oak, vanilla bean, and baking spices. Hints of toasted nuts and dark fruits add further depth.
Palate: Silky and well-balanced, delivering waves of caramel, toffee, and sweet spice. Layers of cinnamon, nutmeg, and toasted oak create a warming, full-bodied experience, complemented by a touch of dark chocolate and dried fruit.
Finish: Long and satisfying, with lingering notes of spice, creamy vanilla, and a gentle smokiness from the French oak influence.

A distinctly Danish approach to whisky: designed with intentionality, simplicity, sustainability, timeless style, and a touch of “hygge”. Using 100% floor malted local Danish rye and Danish barley, Stauning craft a timeless whisky style distinguished by its profound depth of flavour and quality. Double distilled in 24 small, direct-fired copper pot stills to produce malt whisky with a rich flavour.

Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required. It's content strategy gone awry right from the start. Forswearing the use of Lorem Ipsum wouldn't have helped, won't help now. It's like saying you're a bad designer, use less bold text, don't use italics in every other paragraph. True enough, but that's not all that it takes to get things back on track.
The villagers are out there with a vengeance to get that Frankenstein
You made all the required mock ups for commissioned layout, got all the approvals, built a tested code base or had them built, you decided on a content management system, got a license for it or adapted:
- The toppings you may chose for that TV dinner pizza slice when you forgot to shop for foods, the paint you may slap on your face to impress the new boss is your business.
- But what about your daily bread? Design comps, layouts, wireframes—will your clients accept that you go about things the facile way?
- Authorities in our business will tell in no uncertain terms that Lorem Ipsum is that huge, huge no no to forswear forever.
- Not so fast, I'd say, there are some redeeming factors in favor of greeking text, as its use is merely the symptom of a worse problem to take into consideration.
- Websites in professional use templating systems.
- Commercial publishing platforms and content management systems ensure that you can show different text, different data using the same template.
- When it's about controlling hundreds of articles, product pages for web shops, or user profiles in social networks, all of them potentially with different sizes, formats, rules for differing elements things can break, designs agreed upon can have unintended consequences and look much different than expected.
This is quite a problem to solve, but just doing without greeking text won't fix it. Using test items of real content and data in designs will help, but there's no guarantee that every oddity will be found and corrected. Do you want to be sure? Then a prototype or beta site with real content published from the real CMS is needed—but you’re not going that far until you go through an initial design cycle.
