Clement Private Cask belongs to a series of casks specially selected by the cellarmaster Julien Thimon. This private cask has aged for 15 years in ex-Bourbon barrels and has been selected exclusively for us at Whisky Brokers Associates, with an extremely rare run of just 72 bottles.
Beautifully complex on the note, driven by fruity notes and smashed mango and marmalade. The palate is wide with smokey notes of cigar box and hints of toasted nuts. The finish is long and sweet, reminiscent of a creme bruleee.

Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required.
