Taste: The initial taste full and buttery, with figs, oranges and caramel all enticing the palette. At 46% the whisky is very easy to drink, but adding a splash of water completely transforms the experience. As it develops, warming embers fill the palate, paving the way for a delightful sweet, fresh-fruit finish.

Finish: The finish is exceptionally well-crafted, giving the impression that much older whisky has been used. It is unapologetically sherried, resulting in a warm and satisfying finish.
